"Enjoy working at eSecuritel. Everyone treats everyone with respect and as the company grows, everyone is trying to stay focused on the employee experience. My only complaint is related to my department only, as I do not know how things are handled in other departments. We are micro-managed in the QA department and have no control or say in decision making."

"No sense of automating processes and lots of unorganized busy manual work: rather than finding the root causes and improving things, doing the same things and expecting different results. There's no opportunity to grow."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Watch warning signs, there are honest and dishonest managers, like in any organization. Don't set your expectations high an you won't be disappointed. If you're desperate and really need a job this is a place for you."

"Be realistic. Don't set employees expectations high and you won't make them feel disappointed!"

"Open, honest communication between managers and employees is a must.Pay attention to the areas that can be improved."
