"I enjoyed working on a special project in a little known specialized division (POF). It was under the PSW division."

"Be relaxed and offer them what you know. Have an open mind. Tax rules and laws are dynamic."

What don't you like about working at Ernst & Young?

"I think that the related tax departments needed to get to know each other better. We were on separate floors. We also did some team building exercises once a week over lunch and that helped as an ice breaker a lot, especially during busy season."

"Cannot add much. They do a great job."

"I don't have any negative comments. Very demanding travel schedule at times."

"Ask people how it is, do not rely on company promises. Each department is different."

"International opportunity for me was always a goal so I was in the right place. Another thing that impressed me is that company gives fair opporunities. Your best friends might be competing for the same promotions and it will never affect the friendship. That is amazing."

"In South America Big four personnel work much more hours rather than in europe or US"
