"Be relaxed and offer them what you know. Have an open mind. Tax rules and laws are dynamic."

"I think that the related tax departments needed to get to know each other better. We were on separate floors. We also did some team building exercises once a week over lunch and that helped as an ice breaker a lot, especially during busy season."

"Cannot add much. They do a great job."
