"Most depts are flexible, IT is not, and somewhere near 50% of the IT services staff are not full time, but are contractors."

"Commute time, management's lack of vision and knowledge of current staff."

"Before letting people go or hiring contractors, why not look at your current staff? What ever happened to flexibility?"

"When asked about negative quality, tell your positive quality as negative... like I am too committed at my work so I don't get time to do exercise. Be simple. Be honest. Be excited to join Ernst & Young."
