"I have been working for ERICO for almost 6 years. ERICO has a great work environment and has been around since 1901. What I like the most is that the average length of work at ERICO is 14 years, with some employees having more than 20 years of service, and a few even more than 30 years. It offers good job stability, but little chance to advance into higher management and executive positions."
