"Paid a lot less than it should. Long, long hours. As long as contract work only, no overtime is paid. They want you to pull a heavy trailer with all their equipment with your own vehicle and won't pay enough for gas. The benefits were not good and they got cheaper and cheaper on hotels and stuff for people on the road, but kept adding more work for us to do. 14 hour days or longer. Then our level 3 left because management wouldn't let ndt be run right and they tried to get others but no one would touch them. No one is certified in ndt but they tell customers they are and managers spend a lot of money on their office and hobbies and nothing goes to the people doing the work out in the plants. They will use you and then get rid of you. Better off working contracts with real ndt companies who certify people and don't play favorites. Management is bad and it's all family. A bad place to work. Really bad."
