What do you like about working at e-Rewards?

"It's a steady job and I appreciate that even as an hourly employee our team is often included in receiving annual bonuses."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Hire Fire Sweat Shop"

What do you like about working at e-Rewards?

"The revenue stream idea for this company is brilliant. unfortunately the brain child for that decided to hang it up after battling the politics for as long as any normal human could stand."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be sure not to accidentally offend the interviewer by showing too much competence and knowledge of your field."

What don't you like about working at e-Rewards?

"The new management at e-Rewards has taken the company in a direction far away from its original culture. The company has very much so become a low ball salary, sweat shop, hire 'em - fire 'em place to be. This is in large part due to the new COO and mgmt he has brought in. The mgmt being brought in now are retread failures that are trying to make up for firings at their previous employers over incompetence, inability, personality flaws, and even fraud (and yes, I can back that claim up. At least one of the new member of e-Rewards mgmt was terminated from his previous position for fraud). If you really need a job, and are ready for the trial of your life... go to work for e-rewards... otherwise, avoid it until the new mgmt are banished."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Clean house and start over with the original players. They were not perfect, but they were better than the current guard."
