"A company on the downhill."
"I worked at Equinox for 6 months as an intern. It is an excellent work place to start your career. But, the company is too unstable and so the employees do not have a scope to grow and advance in their careers. Highly underpaid and the company is more interested in making money than the benefits of the employees."
