"Management is the worst! Bait and switch to get you in the door! They changed our hours and job description and tried to change our pay type. Communication is poor company wide. Supervisors have no respect, empathy, or trust for employees. We're all professionals, but no way treated as such. We're encouraged to ask questions then belittled for asking; now we're afraid to ask. We've tried talking to the appropriate superiors only to be told our immediate supervisor is competent and has total control of basically our lives. The supervisor will decide how many hours we work each day (mandatory 12 somedays with no overtime) and that we need to get approval from our supervisor before we log off at the end of the day. Additionally, we are required to put our dr apts on the work calendar for all to see (HIPAA violation). We're told we don't work 8 hrs everyday when in fact most of us work more; there's currently a lawsuit pending against eQ Health for this reason."
