"This was my first job straight after college. I think the most attractive aspect about the work culture is that if you have taken the ownership of something, you are responsible for it from start to finish. You are in control. There were definitely time crunch and high pressure situations for me and for the team but I guess holding my nerve and doing my best without compromising on quality is what eQ really taught me!"
