Ideally you can balance the requirement for very analytical market analysis and the need for creative, out of the box thinking and design for new product and campaign development. "Be VERY polite. Be prepared to speak highly of yourself without sounding haughty. Being bilingual is a plus. Heads up: salary offers are non-negotiable once made by HR."

What don't you like about working at Epson?

"Not enough 'down time.' It is sometimes difficult to schedule vacation time because we are so relatively few in our departments."

"Management needs to be ever cognizant of the skills and talents that exist among their hires; some of us could serve equally well in many other departments."
