Lab Technician

"The company has very limited resources, the different project engineers do not work together. Some of the different departments overlap research because there is no unity. Too many young engineers and not enough experience. This causes high turn over and safety issues that were easily avoidable. The pressure to meet deadlines sacrifices research integrity."
