"Management should know the products and the industry. At the moment appoint is by nepotism and management is by unsupported metrics."

"Management has decided that the only thing that's important is billing an trying to get us to work unpaid overtime."

"Growth strategy is buying new companies and laying people off. No clear direction for growth. Billing customers for things that are not valid. Sr VPs are only worried about their bonus and pay increases."

"VC is only looking for quick return and they will not get it from this company. Buying new companies and reducing staff isn't the only way to grow the bottom line. Try selling products and services that customer's need!"

"not good at communicating what they want. Working on something and then being told that it had changed."

"None. This is because there is no other company that I had worked before that was mid-size, organized and clear in vision, and one that beat odds during the tough economic times were are currently in."

"To allow telecommuting. This would enhance flexibility incase of company relocating or overtime required and have to carry work home."

"I like the work that I do. I generally like the people that I work with and for (but turnover is high, so team dynamics change often)."

"The job description is pretty broad - and you are expected to do all of it. Those who can do it with a smile get noticed and rewarded."

"High turnover rate; A lack of training to strategically promote the companies core values."

"Well, that's hard to say because our segment of the organization gets largely ignored - even though my department is a revenue generating service supplier."
