"This place should be avoided. When I worked there, it was simply the worst company I had ever worked for. Management is the worst. They behave like having a job is our reward. No job security. Extreme micromanagement. Some of my colleagues were excellent. But, majority are useless. A lot of employees are there because they can't find a job outside of Epicor. Completely useless. No appreciation for work. Hostile work culture."

"I worked at Epicor since 1992 and found it a good company to work for until it was purchased and went private, it is currently going through consolidation and cost cutting and may be sold in the near future. Currently development jobs are being moved off shore or eliminated in the USA. If this trend stops then it would be a good place to pick up international software development experience."
