As a comment the managers should Have more training according to this position lot of them don’t have enough kindness with their teams at least in Mexico, sometimes i didn’t feel comfortable or support from my manager"

What don't you like about working at Epicor Software?

"Growth strategy is buying new companies and laying people off. No clear direction for growth. Billing customers for things that are not valid. Sr VPs are only worried about their bonus and pay increases."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"VC is only looking for quick return and they will not get it from this company. Buying new companies and reducing staff isn't the only way to grow the bottom line. Try selling products and services that customer's need!"
