"Once you get passed drama in the workplace pretty easy work. You build professional relationships with the customer that are enjoyable."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Dont expect a raise even if your told to expect one, if interviewing for a part timer looking for full time down beleive them when they say your guarnteed a full time spot."

What don't you like about working at Enviro-Clean?

"Very disorganized, Expensive healthcare, no wage increases, Managers with little or no experience in the field are hired, not to much promoting from within, HR is kind of rude, at times understaffed, not the greatest equipment, short on resources and equipment, high expectations and little support, not alot of positive reinforcment, poor communication, lack of leadership training, lack of any training, so much drama and gossip amoung employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"dont lie to employees, build raises into contracts, work towards better equipment, and try some positive re-enforcment once in a while."
