"While I have excellent relationships with my colleagues, the overall environment is toxic, stemming from management and filters down to the employees. During the pandemic, it was apparent that the concern for employees well-being was lacking. They were slow to implement safety procedures, did not follow through with employees who did not follow safety protocols, and were not adaptable in working with high-risk employees. Increases in compensation have been frozen since 2020 and will not happen for 2-3 years minimum."
