"Organization with morally bankrupt CEO and rampant mental health issues in the organization. Your onboarding will consist of a game called two truths and a lie. This is an attempt at manipulating the staff. Your responses are left in a repository for anyone to retrieve. There is a catalog of all employee responses. Overall lack of transparency including the South Carolina based brother of the CEO who is relatively young and inexperienced, yet is allowed to operate as if he is a subject matter expert. None of these details are disclosed to which lends to an organization with an overall lack of transparency. The technology is subpar and has been struggling to get traction.
