"This a new company started at Cachita Universal Studios location as a digital TV channel. Projects are great and I got involved for a minimum salary waiting situation gets better. There is a lot of people working at that place with a lot of talent. Unfortunately IT it's not a priority unless a big issue happens and they only listen to IT guys when the place is "on fire". You can't provide solutions without proper tools or with the wrong equipment. Also they did not keep the arrangement of a raise after three months, maybe taking advantage of current situation around COVID-19."
