"The company offers many chances to grow and learn in a fast paced environment. That said, it is a very grueling job for little pay (60+ hours a week for 40k). It is a well respected program and those that can stick it out can get into top MBA programs and other good management jobs. Interviews are pretty straight forward. I read Enterprise Rent-A-Car Management Training Program: Interview Questions and Job Experience: Enterprise Salaries, Enterprise Interviews, Enterprise Reviews Kindle Edition and I aced the interview. Make sure you know the STAR method behavioral questions in the book. They are big on this process of thinking."

"Enterprise Rent a Car was an open environment. It wasn't complicated to do your job and was very simple to understand. You were constantly learning how to become more professional by constantly dealing with people."

What don't you like about working at Enterprise Rent-A-Car?

"Long hours. Very hard job for a single lifestyle because there's no time to manage personal aspects. You go to work before everything opens and leave when everything is closed. Paying bills and doctor appointments are difficult to maintain and you obtain no sick days or days off your first year. It's quite the struggle for new hires."

"Loosen up."
