What do you like about working at Enterprise Media?

"I like working on projects from the beginning stages to completion. I like the brainstorming sessions, the strategy discussions, the communication and execution aspect and of course the follow-through. I also like how my working environment is conducive to learning around the clock. In addition to the things I have mentioned above, I would also say that I like having the opportunity to train staff and presenting."

"I would recommend that a candidate will need to provide examples of strong successes in one's current or previous career."

What don't you like about working at Enterprise Media?

"Due to poor market conditions and the recession, our company had to layoff a few hundred employees within the span of 3-4 years. The company was forced to stretch its resources to accommodate the extra work load resulting in resource exhaustion."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest in hiring more resources in the areas of growth and restructuring our current model in an effort to handle the increasing workload and to enable us for success in the future."
