"The pressures of growth and limited resources meant I wore many hats and was not as able to pursue proactive administration of the database environment."

"I don't have any unheard suggestions for the management team there at Enterasys. They listened and made their decisions based on factors more broadly defined and unsderstood than those to which I have access. I trusted them to take my suggestions into consideration."
