Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"It is a very friendly, family oriented company. Be yourself and enjoy. Be tolerable of those that do not speak clear English. English will be their second language and they try very hard to communitcate. Most do an excellent job. The Italians I have met are a fun loving people."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Increase in travel expenses/bus pass payment. Either meet our expenses or increase by living expense increase. But was really not that big an issue."
