2.3 Its frustrating when a company so heavily promotes advancement, culture and touts their business to be a green pasture, only to find out the well is toxic, poisonous, and the company doesn't appreciate ambitious individuals who are on time to work, hit their goals, and want to earn more money and move up. Senior leadership communication is very poor, and there is a complete lack of appreciation of all staff. You feel like a peasant and a slave for a company that will ride its employees like workhorses, and never provide any gratitude, advancement, or monetary gain.
