"Make sure you have every I and every t dotted. Get a signed contract before even considering to work for this opportunistic company. Beware."
What don't you like about working at Bazz Houston?
"They try and get the most qualified individuals for the least amount of money. They are misleading in their hiring techniques."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be more hands on and attentive to your prospective and current employees. We know times are tough but slave labor is a disgrace in the United States of America...."

"I llike the people I worked with on the floor, they are Spectrum's greatest asset."

"Dont apply, they will use you and throw you away."

"My boss is the man who threw me under the bus. It is a company where you have to constantly look over your shoulder."

"They owners need to get new management instead of the good ole boy system."

"too far away and no parking for office people, only management"

"Great company able to learn every aspect of the field both in office and out. Write every process down."

"I disliked the shortage of work, and uncertain directions of day to day tasks between larger tasks."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest that a list be done with tasks from more demanding to less demanding and follow threw task completion with a consistency and involvement as a team."
