"It was entry-level and seemed to have a lot of potential in learning and thriving in an engineering career."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"He will be late and will tell you your life is over and he requires 12 hr days (part-time haha not, but will barely show up himself). Will promise to teach you to become a PE, but will use you for marketing for the most part. He did not pay us and ended our free internship abruptly. To clarify, we were not paid, but I had to put a salary for this position other than $0 to continue this survey."
What don't you like about working at Loyd W. Martin?
"He brings religion into his work and office way too much. He has a different idea to enforce every minute in the office and in the end will use his interns to his disposal for free disregarding what they were hired to learn."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Not hire countless entry level engineers while paying them nothing and teaching them nothing but making them do 100% marketing."
