"This company appears to be positioned for a buy-out. There is no upward mobility and the reductions in forces are happening with greater frequency. I am now responsible for three times the people I was originally hired to support, but my pay and benefits have actually decreased. Upper management seem somewhat oblivious to what is actually happening on the ground. And middle management are vying for their own fiefdoms. It just makes for a difficult work environment."
