Director of Marketing

"We're literally changing the way the world works and the passion we all have for the work can be seen in all of our interactions. I feel a great amount of meaning and purpose from what I do on a day-to-day basis. Breaks are encouraged, stepping out for lunch is almost required, working outside of the standard business hours is frowned upon, vacations are encouraged and valued as necessary to perform at our best, appreciation and respect are two of the major components of management style here. My colleagues are Incredibly smart, hardworking, genuine, loving, fun - some of the coolest people I've ever worked with! Management truly takes everyone's thoughts, opinions and ideas into account, while still being strong leaders. I feel valued and like I have a real place in the organization because of this. We work in an AWESOME office space - very modern, lots of glass so it's easy to see when you can or cannot interrupt someone with a question. There's a kitchen that allows for us to create healthy meals, a "renewal room" where we have a bed for naps (!!!) and yoga mats for a nice break, and a standing desk to help boost our physical health and well-being. We're a block from Metro North, so it doesn't really matter that we're outside of Manhattan (and we're close - 25 min. from Grand Central). And, one of the team members brings her two dogs in to cuddle. Benefits: Health insurance (plus vision and dental), 401k, AWESOME vacation policy, working from home is encouraged, very fair and competitive compensation, profit sharing, great paternal leave (for new moms, dads and adoptive parents) to name some. Our insurance program offers gym compensation, and with a gym across the street, it's hard not to stay healthy."
