"I have been working for this company for almost a year now - it is the worst job I have ever had. The company is very small and they make LEDs for the military ships, which you would think is very important but the way the company is run, they don't care about the product they send out. All they care about is the check that the company will receive. The lights are not tested properly, when they are tested if the light fails they pass it through anyway and if the caps on the LEDs are cracked they just cover it up with a sticker. And they send out led tubes with burn marks on them and stuff that won't fit inside the light fixture. The people that run the back area run things by friendship, so if you are not a friend of theirs, they will try everything they can to get a person terminated from the company. There have been allegations of sexual harassment of the the females that are employed there, and if a person goes to the person over them management won't do anything, neither will the vice president or HR. The company allows all of their employees to do drugs on company time during breaks and lunch breaks. Before a person is hired in if a person cannot pass a drug screen, HR allows a person time to get clean and if certain individuals recommend a smoke shop that a person can purchase fake urine. Most of the employees have some in their vehicle just in case a drug screen comes up. Other allegations include a manager selling weed with two other hired-in employees and they also use ashstrabula as one of the places they travel to get the product they sell out of energy focus. Every one is aware of this in the front office, even HR. I wouldn't recommend anyone working here unless you don't mind being sexual harassed or going to prison."
