I am civil engineer with ample experience in Project Management acquired by training through extension courses and practical applications in the water and wastewater treatment industry as well as in the power generation industry. My beginnings were in the oil and gas infrastructure while retained during more than 11 years by London and Scottish Marine Oil, PLC (LASMO Oil Colombia Ltda.) at the oil exploitation fields in Casanare, Colombia, where heavy hauling transportation equipment was used to haul an average of 2,000 barrels per day. I count on solid experience of more than 20 years in planning and scheduling activities as well as costs control in design, supply, construction, equipment installation, factory and field acceptance tests, commissioning and start of commercial operation activities for power stations of various kinds such as hydropower generation, combined cycle, nuclear reactors, solar photovoltaic generation. My first contact with planning software was while retained by LASMO Oil that I had the chance to use Symantec’s Time Line version 3.0 under DOS. While working for the United States Embassy Facility in Bogotá, Colombia, I was able to train profoundly in Primavera version 1.0 especially prepared for the Department of State. I have also executed planning and scheduling activities as well as costs control in corporative buildings, university residential developments, mining projects, water and wastewater treatment and conduction, marine infrastructure, heavy civil construction, industrial installations, railway and road transportation.
