"This company comes with great benefits and for the most part they treat their employees really well. But I do not agree with some of the management style of director level managers. I don't think the company is structured well. They don't have a very clear system and structure to help you improve and move up in the company."

"I've worked with them for over a year and over time I received less and less responsibility to do my assignments. I was very ambitious about pursuing mobile development work but wasn't acknowledged. Work space was very small and often projects would be left uncompleted due to lack of resources."

"I have worked at EIG since It was IPOWER. Then the companies merged and they decided to take a great deal of Merrill Lynch's money and since then things have started to fall apart. The innovations have halted and we are just trying to be another web hosting provider. The center is very nice and the people are nice but there is no real opportunity to grow here."

"I would definitely recommend working with Homestead, they have been a great company to work for with a strong focus on the customer and their success. The only issue that I have with the company is the current lack of upwards mobility within the organization. Once you reach the level of a tier 2 support tech, there is nowhere else to rise within the organization."

Although many others in the organization have been successful, the lack of engagement in my department by corporate has resulted in very low morale and a sense of abandonment."
