Employment & Training Centers Employee

"I've worked here for many years and have learned plenty. The only downfall of the company is the ability to move up. You will stay in your job and change different titles as time passes but will not move towards management. It is frustrating seeing that the managers have been in their positions over 10 years and nothing really has changed. Other than that, I do not see any problems with the company."
