"The don't understand that their most valuable assets are their employees, they dont listen to the little people only people that are in a title position. Most of these titled people are inexperienced in aviation or its their fist management job and they were selected on the system of favorites/buddy system not based on experience, education, previous experience, and a college degree is not found on most managements resumes . WHY Why not require a college degree especially one in a aviation field..."
