"I enjoyed the team that I worked with they were very knowledgeable and had a willingness to help their peers. Because of the amount of clients that needed work, one was constantly working with varying clients."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"You must be able to show devotion to your work on a high level, and while the work is tough the benefits are rewarding. Strong interpersonal skills are a must and an integral part of the day-to-day routine and should be honed prior to or early on in your time there."

What don't you like about working at Emotive?

"The balance of social and professional life was off, the opportunity to further educate myself regarding the necessary disciplines was not what I had hoped and based upon the amount of clients/work the organization obtained they were understaffed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Events to help staff de-stress, and while a time-line based deadline driven environment is to be expected with the industry, allowing ample time for social life and professional life is key to employee satisfaction and success. Also, on the job training is sufficient for mastering basics of any technical skill-set but when the need exceeds the employees ability, training should be offered."
