It was an immensely enriching experience & my manager had it true when he told me about the amazingly innovative work culture Emerson had during the recruitment process. My dept gave me a wide degree of flexibility to take decisions and i was trusted with projects with wide ranging implications for the company. I received adequate backing from my seniors to push ahead where i felt stuck & corrective advice where i was heading wrong."
