"This is areal small company with only the 1 contract at the D.o.J. So if a project is done they will lay us off or try to shove us in jobs we don't fit in. Nobody gets promoted except the biggest suck-ups to the owner like this one guy who is the worst manager. All our really good people have left because of him and they just let them go."
