"I would suggest that they identify where their most knowledgeable employees and rely on their expertise to train other employees. And focus on making the network better to add function and grow the customer base."

"Nothing at all. They need to work on making the job look as it is. They set my expectations when I came in so when the job did not meet the expectations I was very dissatisfied"

What don't you like about working at Embarq?

"All of it! They make impossible goals, they said they were flexible and weren't, they change up your schedule when you did not expect it to change and were told it was a set schedule. There are a ton of things I could put here"

"Stay true to what you say so your employees know what to expect of you and the company"

"Due to acquisitions, in a state of constant transition of policies, training, etc"

"Look at other systems during acquisitions and determine which requires less training and has capacity"

"The nature of the industry. Due to changes in technology, customers were being lost to new competitors. No job security."

"Show employees you value them. Witnessed too many instances of disrespect (and favoratism) in the finance decision support organization."
