"I have worked with EMA Design Automation since 2003. They're a strong company with strong leadership. I appreciate all of the opportunity and support they've given to me over the years and believe they are one of the better companies I've worked for. They have about 125 people scattered throughout North America, with the main office being in Rochester, NY."

"I have never seen anything so poorly managed as this company. Long hours. No vacation/ sick time for the first year. Yes-men move up while intelligent people with different opinions stay put."

"I tried for a year to offer suggestions. I don't think they're about to listen now."
