"I have worked with the Elite human capital group since March 2015. I started out as an RPO Recruiter. My daily task was to go to a client's home offices become an extension of their team and help fill an influx of open positions. To achieve weekly and monthly goals, I had to stay in constant contact with hiring managers, senior directors, and my teammates at Elite. I find the work of a recruiter to be humbling, never-ending, and truly rewarding. We help shape people's lives for the better. Elite has changed drastically over the years and has taught me so much."
