"Elite is a great place to work. There are many competent, fun people who work there. Yes, they are serious about their fun. “Homework” is highly encouraged to know the product. Playing pinball machines and video games is a great way to know the product and relate to customers. Our customers love us too. Although I no longer work there some of my old customers ring me and we still talk about the games and their machines. John the Owner is generous and hard-working. He will support you to the end and will do the same for the customers."
