"Explore the Russian pharma industry before making the final decision: it is in many ways different from that of the US and Europe."

What don't you like about working at Eli Lilly and Co.?

"Vague professional growth opportunities (based on analysis of earlier MBA employee's career tracks), low level of involvement in international activity (unlike most other regions, the Russian unit was almost separated from the rest of the global company, with low chances of gaining experience in other geographies)."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Increase cooperation with other regions: to take advantage of obvious synergies a global company like Lilly can have and to better meet the employee's desire for collaboration and global exposure."

"Great company with great products. Gave you the opportunity to find ways to grow."

"Make sure you know it is a contract and can be stopped at anytime."

What don't you like about working at Eli Lilly and Co.?

"Contract. Only had 2 years working with them. Also the pod thing isn't always the best."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Remember to look at the talent and the end results. Don't always worry about if we earned our catering degree."

"I've worked for Lilly since 2015, they are a hyper networked organization that regularly gets lost in a value vacuum, disconnected from their end users. With that being said they have a strong scientific organization and a growing portfolio with new leadership trying to challenge the status quo."
