"I worked for ElI Kirk from Jan. 2008 to Aug. 2013. They are a great company to work for. They treat their employees pretty well and try to maintain a family type atmosphere. You'll probably never meet nicer bosses than Lance Eli Black and Jarid Kirk Love. Bill Brady is the CEO and a good listener.Like most jobs, everything isn't always roses - the company has struggled to find a balance between project management and design/development, but they are getting the kinks worked out."
