Elements Massage Employee

"This is by far the worst spa that I have ever been employed in my 8 years as a therapist. There is no management as the manager and owner are never there. The only thing the manager ( Kristin Winkler ) seems to care about is if you are nice to her and trying to be her friend. It is rather sad and pathetic, to say the least, as soon as you stand up for yourself or say anything about the lack of professionalism and work ethic there then you are treated like crap and she will look for anything she can to write you up while others can be late everyday and not even do there job and they some how have a job. You can do whatever you want there based on who you are of course. You have to be Kristin's friend to be held to no standards while the rest of the staff is expected to pick up the slack. Several state violations here state will have a field day. Just an overall nasty place considering no one washes the bedding. She will only write up people that she has a personal problem with then she apparently will make up whatever she can to make the owner believe her side of the story mind you the owner also will not take the time to even speak with any employee so she has no clue what is going on there. Kristin clocks in and goes next door to get her nails done regularly. She rarely shows up to work and don't bother asking her a question because you will never get a response. This place just has a overall lack of management and work ethic. If you ever work here watch of for Kristin she is a snake in the grass and covers up her best friends at the front desk Kim's mistakes while she will try and get you fired if you are not being her friend. This place is one big joke. Half the staff does not do soap notes, intakes not updated, therapists practicing there without a valid license. I would recommend you run the other way from this circus show."
