"The flexibility and ability to gain a large breadth of knowledge. As I wrote before, the roles aren't clearly defined and often times I'll be exposed to something I haven't had experience with yet. It is then up to me to learn new techniques to get the job done."

"Yes, I would suggest that the individual work hard and do their job and have patience with the seeming illogical methods of conducting business in hopes that the company will make the changes necessary."
What don't you like about working at Electrosonic?
"The culture. From the top down I feel that the culture of this company is negative. There is no structure, no urgency with regards to making necessary changes or completing projects and general favoritism/nepotism. Often times the employees question the legitimacy and logic of the business decisions being made by upper management."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest management have a clearer definition of their roles and the roles of their subordinates and that they take ownership of their responsibilities I would also suggest all management take courses in proper and effective communication."
