"Many customers have a problem that need solved. I like solving those problems. I enjoy solving the puzzles presented to me."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Have confidence in yourself and believe that you are doing a good job whether or not you are recognized for it. Look for acceptance within and you won't be demeaned when your superiors berate you for when he/she just told you to do."

What don't you like about working at Electronic City?

"Micro-Management, Hypocrisy, Needing to work against the boss to get things done correctly, Belittlement of employees"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Trust is important. iIf People have proven that they can handle the load given, a manager should trust that the people he/she manages are handling the load they are given and return to handling hi/her own tasks. If a manager stops to regularly butt his/her way into the affairs of a hardworking/good employee, he/she diminishes total work efficiency, shows the employee that he/she isn't trusted, and the employee fails to learn skills properly."
