"The collaborative environment, always challenging one another to be better than the day before to produce the best product possible given the constraints governing the project."

What don't you like about working at Electronic Arts?

"Anything I may have disliked about working for EA has been taken care of (short sightedness being the biggest issue) through the removal or changes of certain management personnel."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Your team is the backbone to your success. Treat everyone down to the QA Tester with equal respect and listen to their suggestions. Don't dismiss what the little guy has to say or you may wind up with a runaway train as demonstrated in the past."

"EA is a great company to work for. EA-LA has a workout facility, a sports field, and a cafeteria on campus."

What do you like about working at Electronic Arts?

"Good people. They are very intelligent and playful. Extremely nice working environment. It is in a good area."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Wear a collared shirt tie. Be outgoing and excited. Know your math and physics (if you are a programmer)."

What don't you like about working at Electronic Arts?

"They got a little rough with the hours but they have fixed that now. I didn't much care for the valet parking."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Avoid feature creep at the 11th hour. Make sure there is only chief giving orders to the team."

"It was a job I was able to excel in, I learned a lot of different things including technology software and hardware."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"This job is for any one who would be interested in gaming software, if interested they would have to know about games , software testing and have experience at least one year."

What don't you like about working at Electronic Arts?

"Unfortunately the job did massive lay offs and as a result the company closed its office an I wasn't able to work there anymore."

"Chance to show my tool developement skills, working at EA was a dream come true. Management was very organize, and training was excellent."

"Good luck, its very tough to get into development at Electronic Arts, but well worth it."

"I didnt like the pay, working in close quarters with immature people, they work was very boring as an engineer."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To put us in a less restrictive envirmonent that would allow us to grow more."
