"Electroimpact is a dynamic engineering firm that provides many opportunities to work on the cutting edge of automation. Management is entirely composed of engineers, allowing the company to respond to the professional needs of its employees. However, the like of business savvy can become apparent in big picture budgeting. Potential employees must be willing to ride the boom and bust cycle of the aerospace industry."

"I worked for this company for over two years. The owner is very eccentric and most of the employees do their best to not work with him. The company structure is very flat with no middle management. It can be fun and it can suck at times, it really depends upon your personality. Compensation is a bit low for work."
