"Boeing Company was an exceptional experience."
What do you like about working at Lowe's?
"Working with co-workers and customers at Lowe's was always rewarding. Middle management is POOR... just like Home Depot, WalMart, and the other big box guys. SORRY, but that is the simple truth. Ask around."
What do you like about working at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking?
"Cyclo and Paramax gear products, but would not allow any NEMA or IEC packages with motors and electrical drives which was my primary position! Top salesmen my firast full year, but they let me go because of their failure to provide the required products, training, and support to their distributors and customers. They were not allowed to form alliances or partnerships with other compaies that could provide these services in thier behave as well...theres the rub! Japan made it impossible to provide any types of support platform or Business Model that could have any chance to be successful here!"
What don't you like about working at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking?
"Internal Power Control Group the held the company behind with their individual and collective basic core incompetences which was the common denominator for this selve serving protection fraternity!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get some! Too much to discuss here...they don't have to power to change anything here anyway! Very limited as to what they can do and offer to support the products responsibly in the field! They need to accurately track and pay the salesmens commissons due. Again...see www.jobvent.com for some more details of problems that keep their turnover rate high here...DUH!"
