Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I do not know what the other departments are like, but mgt on Psych has full backing of the upper level management...even when they are dead wrong. If you are not conservative, mainstream, and Uber religious; look elsewhere."
What don't you like about working at El Camino Hospital?
"There are cliques among the staff; Management only responds to issues that disturb them and then they reprimand the person complained about...not the frivolous complainers. Many of the more senior staff members are intolerant and territorial."
