It is not uncommon for a release to hinder key functionality. With that being said we do stay on the forefront of development and the new features included in each release truly do become game changers."

"Other areas of the company seem to be fine, but I would not recommend working within the support department. Also, you must stay on top of HR as they are horrible at communications."

"The management style is lacking professionalism. Employees are often threatened with their jobs if they do not live up to the non-stated expectations. Training is non-existent."

"Spend more time initially and properly training the employees before throwing them on the phones with customers and letting them sink or swim. Be more professional. Do NOT discuss private employee topics out in the open, that's what office doors are for."

"Watch your back. Other poeple, especially people who have established and have steady position there don't want and they don't like any competition."

What don't you like about working at Ektron?

"No organisation. Lot of work comes in but nobody knows who is doing what. Only senior management works with the senior. New people stay left out."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"More close, hand-on management is required for senior people, because they have so much trust that they can do whatever they want."
