"Although I was a freelancer I had a lot of creative license in that I was able to come up with and flesh out my own ideas. However, I was often left to the side (forgotten) when it came to meetings that actually did require my attention in order to complete my job. Also, I felt strung along with the promise of full-time, that never came to fruition."
